Responsibilities

カスタマーコンタクトセンターのフロントオフィスで、キーサイトの顧客窓口として、

お客様の複雑な要求/問い合わせを理解し、国内外の社内関連部署と連携/協調し、カスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上を図る

 

<主たる職務>

・電話での問い合わせ受付&Routing

・電話以外(Email/FAX/EDI/郵便)の受付&Routing

・海外業務担当者からの依頼に基づいたお客様との調整/交渉/提案

・Marketing LeadのQualification

・CustomerComplianceSurvey等への回答

・入札や取引に関する書類作成、証明書作成

・受注時の契約書/請書等の内容チェック

・お客様指定の納品書、請求書等の情報管理

・お客様指定の見積書やEDIでの見積回答入力

・納期問い合わせ回答、納品スケジュール調整(倉庫関係者やお客様との連絡/調整)

・その他、見積、受注、納品やお客様から要求される取引に必要な一般的な事務作業

 


Qualifications


■必要要件■

 1.お客様や社内関係部署とのコミュニケーション能力。

2.柔軟かつ積極的に業務に取り組み、常に改善を意識し、自身とビジネスを成長させられる方。

3.定型外業務についても周囲の協力を得ながら遂行できる方。

4.基本的なPCスキル(Excel,PowerPoint等)、基礎的な英語力。Salesforce経験あれば尚良。
