Customer Service Operations Associate (Mandarin Speaker)

This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.
Responsibilities
- Close order with sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Close loop with customers on renewal agreement
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for large account development
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects
- Understand customer needs and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent fields
- Minimum 2-5 years of related work experiences
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, with experience building financial and decision support models.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to influence results through business partners.
- Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin, for supporting Greater China / Taiwan
- Added advantages with additional language capability: Korean, Japanese etc
