We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Business/Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with functional understanding to assess business needs, evaluate system capabilities, and provide insights and recommendations that support process improvement and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Business Applications Group and partners in Accounting and Finance. Your goal is to ensure Oracle EBS solutions support efficiency, accuracy, and scalable growth.
As an Oracle E-Business Suite Business/Systems Analyst, you will...
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications within Oracle EBS.
- Configure and support EBS modules across Financials, Procurement, and Projects to meet evolving operational and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with developers to design, test, and deploy extensions, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL and other diagnostic tools.
- Fix and resolve functional and technical issues through root-cause analysis, coordination with Oracle Support, and application of recommended fixes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, user procedures, and configuration records.
