Join Intel Foundry's Sort and Test Technology Development (STTD) division as a Module Development Engineer and play a critical role in driving innovation and shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing test technologies. In this position, you will lead the design, development, and enablement of advanced manufacturing Test processes and hardware solutions that push boundaries and set industry standards. Your contributions will directly impact Intel Foundry's ability to deliver cutting-edge products via standard and advanced packaging technologies (e.g. EMIB-T, Foveros, FCBGAs, etc.), ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancement and deliver exceptional value to global markets.
As a Module Development Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process integration, hardware development, and external vendor ecosystems. Together, we will develop solutions that enable Test of innovative device architectures, optimize production techniques, and advance wafer nodes and packaging technology roadmaps.
