This role is a key member of Accounting Operations responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of close and reporting-related processes. This role combines recurring support for quarter-close activities, management reports / key transaction insights, stakeholder communications, Wdesk and reporting support, control walkthroughs, and balance sheet analytical processes with project work tied to training, process refinement, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support recurring quarter-close and off-cycle accounting/reporting activities, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established timelines.
• Coordinate and execute close-related deliverables across multiple stakeholders, while maintaining strong time management and follow-through.
• Help ensure critical action items, review points, and assigned deliverables are closed on time and with appropriate quality.
