Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly visible Talent Acquisition Evangelist Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to lead thought leadership, storytelling, and product positioning efforts across our talent acquisition solutions. This role blends external evangelism, internal enablement, and product marketing team leadership to elevate our voice in the market and drive adoption of our recruiting and hiring platform. You will serve as a key spokesperson for the company—articulating trends in talent acquisition and AI for HR, showcasing our product capabilities, and influencing how the market understands the future of hiring. In parallel, you will lead a team of product marketers responsible for creating compelling content that clearly expresses ICIMS’ differentiation and drives awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
