Your role and responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Services A&O Onboarding and the HRBD Consultant teams to act as a first-line of support for all pre-transition employee data management.  This includes but is not limited to data validation, gathering, consolidation and upload within IBM systems.
•  Coordinate with the HR Service A&O team to ensure the successful execution of global onboarding processes across multiple countries, adhering to local requirements.
•  Utilize and manage data within IBM tools and applications, including SuccessFactors, Avature, to support the new hire transition process.
•  Provide regular status updates and manage communication with HRBD deal contacts, with a focus on deal-specific milestone dates.
