Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager for Cloud Solutions, you will oversee the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions to clients, managing project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables to ensure alignment with service orders or contracts. You will employ project management techniques such as the Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Model to drive solution delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Manage Project Scope and Deliverables: Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables to ensure alignment with service orders or contracts, employing project management techniques such as the Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Model.
• Lead Delivery Team: Lead the delivery team and interface with client project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Interface with Clients: Collaborate with client project managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.
• Apply Project Management Methodologies: Apply project management techniques such as the Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Model to drive solution delivery.
• Ensure Technical Alignment: Ensure that project deliverables align with technical requirements, including cloud migration, continuous modernization, and coexistence architecture.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Solid Experience: Duties Dashboards and Reporting.
- Attend weekly portfolio dashboard review meetings and support ongoing portfolio reporting activities.
- Monitor Jira data variance and delivery health metrics; surface data quality or variance concerns to appropriate owners.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of All Hands meetings and MOR updates including data collection and presentation support.
- Pull and prepare data for technology portfolio health reviews.
- Compile and distribute financial data reports to the Portfolio Lead highlighting key callouts.
- Support Clarity ID requests, access coordination, and related portfolio reporting needs. Collaboration and Coordination
