Your role and responsibilities

You will implement and support the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. You will apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Plan and Configure Solutions: Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring a successful implementation. 
• Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and map them to the Workday solution, identifying any gaps or areas for customization. 
• Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, providing timely and effective solutions to clients.
