Your role and responsibilities
- To scale demand across client, it emphasizes SaaS solutions and a persona-driven strategy aligned to key technology priorities.
- Powered by three key pillars—persona-first growth engine, digital growth transformation, and ecosystem advantage—this modern, digital-first motion drives demand generation, lead conversion, and expansion.
- To extend IBM’s reach beyond traditional clients and win in the largest share of our addressable market.
- As trusted advisor relationships with IBM Business Partners and orchestrate joint strategic planning to drive overall IBM revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and technical enablement planning.
- Co-create business growth plans and gain Partner C-Level support for joint growth initiatives.
- Accelerate Go-to -Market Success: Leverage IBM resources and capabilities to help Partners succeed with IBM Technology offerings, driving overall revenue growth and expansion.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Deep Expertise in Partner Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior-level executives at partner firms, driving joint business growth and strategic planning.
- Experience with Joint Business Planning: Skilled in collaborating with partners to develop strategic plans that align with business goals, driving revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and technical enablement.
- Technical Enablement Planning: Experienced in creating technical enablement plans to accelerate partners' go-to-market success with technology offerings.
- Business Growth Strategy Development: Adept at co-creating business growth plans with partners, gaining C-Level support for joint initiatives and leveraging capabilities and resources to drive growth.
- IBM Technology Offerings Knowledge: Strong understanding of IBM Technology offerings and ability to leverage IBM resources and capabilities to help partners succeed.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Additional IBM Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with various IBM Technology offerings and ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Industry Insights: Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, enabling informed joint business planning and growth strategy development.
