Your role and responsibilities
This role is accountable for driving business growth across priority named accounts by architecting and executing a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy for IBM Consulting. It transforms marketing into a true growth engine—accelerating pipeline, increasing conversion, and expanding client relationships through highly targeted, orchestrated engagement.
At its core, this role operates through an account orchestration model—deeply understanding each client’s business priorities and activating coordinated, omnichannel engagement across the full buying group. The focus is on moving from fragmented, one-off interactions to a personalized, always-on engagement approach that builds sustained relationships, strengthens preference, and drives measurable business outcomes.
