Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for Application Integration within IBM's Automation Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Application Integration products. This role involves delivering expert consulting services to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Client Services: Provide world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, and other related products.

• Implement Solutions: Apply knowledge of Application Integration products to implement solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored services that meet their specific needs.

• Analyze Client Environments: Analyze client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of their Application Integration products.

• Support Adoption: Support clients in the adoption and usage of Application Integration products to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Application Integration Products: Familiarity with products such as API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.

• Experience Working with Client Services: Knowledge of delivering expert consulting services to help clients achieve their business objectives, including optimizing configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Application Integration products.

• Understanding of Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes using Application Integration products.

• Familiarity with Client Environment Analysis: Understanding of analyzing client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of Application Integration products.

• Exposure to Adoption Support: Familiarity with supporting clients in the adoption and usage of Application Integration products to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional Application Integration Products: Exposure to other related products such as Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.

• Advanced Solution Implementation: Experience with implementing complex solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes using Application Integration products. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in Application Integration.
