Your role and responsibilities
Join us and support a leading global client in industrial automation and manufacturing solutions, contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of SAP ECC systems within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with both local and international stakeholders. In this role, you’ll have access to continuous learning opportunities, including SAP Learning Hub and certification programs, as well as the flexibility to grow your skills across different projects over time. As a Junior SAP Support Consultant (FI/CO), you will play a key role in ensuring system stability and supporting daily business operations. You will work closely with experienced team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
You will:
• Support L2 incidents and service requests within SAP FI and CO
• Perform basic configuration changes and data corrections
• Assist with job scheduling and SAP transport management activities
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with ABAP and other SAP teams for system and process improvements
• Participate in testing, deployments, and release activities
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required technical and professional expertise
• Experience or exposure in SAP FI (e.g. asset accounting) and/or CO (e.g. CATS time submission)
• Exposure to SAP AMS / support (L2) or similar operational environment
• Basic knowledge of SAP concepts such as ABAP / SAP Forms / IDOC (at an understanding level), job scheduling, transport management (e.g. Solman), and SAP standard queries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Preferred technical and professional experience
• ITIL Foundation or understanding of ITSM processes
• Experience with month-end / year-end financial processes
• Comfortable using German in a professional work environment
• Exposure to S/4HANA
