Job Description:
- Responsible for responding to customer issues via phone, Email and the HPE Juniper Support Portal
- Document Customer issues in-depth, understanding their environment and the impact of their issue
- Escalate Customer issues with Engineering to drive issues to resolution or develop workarounds for customers
- Gather and document customer requirements for product feature enhancements
