Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for HPE VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise customer deployments across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Own and drive resolution of highest-severity escalations, critical customer incidents, and root cause analysis activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to virtualization, compute, operating systems, storage, networking, and automation platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Account Management to ensure customer success.
