The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

In this role, you will be a critical part of the fast paced, complex, and strategic product area, as we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to help drive product success with impactful partnerships. You will possess strong strategic business development and relationship-building skills and be effective at communicating with both business and technical leaders. You will be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, understanding products at a technical level, developing and executing strategic plans, making independent judgments, working across functions with internal and external partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing long-term partner relationships. You will have fun, learn a lot, and work with great colleagues.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Evaluate new business opportunities and develop partnerships strategy and strategic business plans, sizing market opportunity, competitive landscape, identifying relevant partners in different regions.
- Pitch to internal stakeholders and external partners globally; Negotiate, structure and close agreements.
- Manage complex partner relationships globally to launch the agreement in collaboration with partner executives, and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 5 years with advanced degree.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud-based productivity platforms, or digital ecosystems.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact partnerships with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
