In this role, your mission is to fuel innovation that keeps Google free and accessible to the world by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers. As part of the YouTube Ads GTM team, you will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products and use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners work their magic quickly and effectively.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shifting how advertisers build and optimize campaigns by leading the global growth strategy for Demand Gen’s core intelligence and audience pillars. You will focus on driving adoption of next-generation AI features, including "Product as a Seller" (AI Assisted Drafts) and agentic capabilities that lower the barrier to entry and effortlessly turn account-level intelligence into high-performing campaigns. Additionally, you will advocate Demand Gen’s audience and targeting solutions to help advertisers find and acquire their highest-value customers.
You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, bring these capabilities to market by defining product positioning, developing global commercialization materials, and collaborating with regional teams to unlock sustained revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Shape the global go-to-market approach for Demand Gen’s AI-driven features, including "Product as a Seller" and agentic UI capabilities to streamline campaign management.
- Lead the product roadmap for core audience solutions, such as Optimized Targeting, Remarketing, and New Customer Acquisition to maximize advertiser performance.
- Craft powerful messaging that highlights how AI-assisted workflows and advanced targeting drive Return on Investment (ROI), facilitating a seamless transition for performance marketers.
- Create comprehensive collateral, including playbooks, competitive positioning, and case studies, to effectively communicate the unique value of the Demand Gen intelligence suite.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to synthesize market feedback, influence the product roadmap, and ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to grow in changing environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, and deliver against goals and milestones.
- Ability to take initiative, address challenges, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
- Ability to translate complex offerings simply for sales and customers.
- Uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative fluency. Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
