Responsibilities

Design and maintain high-quality evaluation protocols to assess model capabilities, identify gaps, and measure headroom within the legal, financial, and healthcare sectors.
Propose novel data solutions and execute rigorous, end-to-end experimental plans to address known model limitations, construct entirely new capabilities, and demonstrate measurable improvements.
Propose, build and rapidly iterate on new ideas based on the team needs.

Minimum qualifications:

PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in LLM modeling (pre-training or fine-tuning).
One or more scientific publications in the ML/AI conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR).

Preferred qualifications:

Experience applying AI/ML techniques to any of these domains (legal, finance, or healthcare).
Experience taking research from concept to product.
Experience with collaborating or leading an applied research project.
Experience with JAX.
