Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors within Large Customer Sales (LCS), France as their Administrative Business Partner (ABP), work in close collaboration with Directors and wider team, to provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating resources, in a timely manner and with attention to detail.
- Act as a trusted partner to multiple Directors, attending key meetings, participating in projects, and making decisions on their behalf as needed.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Support resource for the site, helping to coordinate social events, and community engagements in partnership with other teams.

Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
