Responsibilities
- Own the long-term roadmap for Data and Analytics AI-native experiences. This includes re-imagining Developer Experience (DevEx) through agentic frameworks that accelerate the delivery of next-generation AI workloads.
- Ensure a seamless, end-to-end integrated data experience spanning leveraging the services including BigQuery, Spark, and Vertex AI, positioning Google Data Cloud as the premier platform for various data workloads including data engineering, SQL analytics, and AI/ML development.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in product execution.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and user research to development, launch, and iteration, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering, UX design, and other cross-functional teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience developing products in: Developer Tools, Data Analysis, Data Science, Apache Spark, Vertex AI, BigQuery.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
