The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) aims to approach existing advertisers and increase their Google Ads investment by implementing growth strategies.
US: $121000 - $174000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers by working through a pool of prospects.
- Manage full cycle sales pipeline and develop a strategy to achieve quota on a quarterly basis.
- Grow customers' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions across the full funnel of Google’s product solutions.
- Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Deliver against revenue targets and key outcomes while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels
(e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience building a robust book of business through proactive prospecting and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
- 2 years of experience working in the digital advertising industry or product area, and working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience maintaining and expanding C-suite or key stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas or revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in translating complex business challenges into Google Ads solutions.
