from General Mills careersAs an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician at the JFB Technical Center, you will be a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of our food processing equipment. Working in a dynamic R&D environment, you will provide essential electrical, controls, and instrumentation support. Your role is key to ensuring the highest standards of human safety, food safety, and equipment uptime. This position involves a mix of preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and direct troubleshooting support for new product tests and production runs. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of operators, engineers, and R&D personnel in a fast-paced setting.
SALARY & SCHEDULE:
- Work hours are 1st shift 6am-2pm, Monday – Friday with occasional overtime support during the week and on weekends.
- The realistic salary for this role is between $62,000-$73,000 depending on experience, skills, etc.
- Salary is based on a 37.5-hour work week and is salaried exempt.
- This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, based on individual performance and company results.
