  • Leading Change (creating psychological safety, managing productive conflict, addressing resistance)

  • Communicating Change (connecting hearts and minds, leveraging change accelerators).

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders

  • across the CMG teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.

  • Actively partner with Learning & Skill Development (L&SD), People & Culture (P&C), and Communications partners to manage the sequence and flow of information, training, and accountability.

  • Leverage an indirect network of change champions across the organization to scale change actions and narratives and support change adoption and sustainability.

Implementation and Monitoring

  • Monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives, track progress against metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership, demonstrating business impact.

  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, feedback, and data-driven insights to refine approaches and enhance future change initiatives.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, strategic initiative execution, transformation programs, or business operations within a complex, matrixed environment, with a strong emphasis on leading large-scale organizational change.

  • Deep expertise in organizational change management, championing change in a positive way with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional cultural initiatives from strategy to implementation.

  • Proven track record of sustained organizational impact and successfully executing change management strategies in complex and rapidly changing environments.

  • Proficient in coaching senior leadership teams and demonstrated expertise and experience in team coaching or systemic practice (e.g., Certified Coach, Systemic or Team Coach preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional certification in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Management Model).
