As a Brand Marketing Program Manager you'll play a pivotal role in helping our brand marketing and social teams bring ambitious ideas to life—on time, on brand, and at scale. You'll connect creative vision to execution, bring clarity to complexity, and build the structure that helps great ideas thrive. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operations: you'll enable Figma's brand to show up powerfully across social, digital, and real-world moments.
You'll partner closely with our Brand Strategists, marketers, creative teams, and partners to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns and activations that help Figma grow into its next chapter as a multi-product, global company.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
