About the team and the role: 

This newly created role sits within the Global Markets Success organization and reports to the Director of Markets Activation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role operating within the Markets Activation team, focused on the most critical growth opportunities and business challenges within Global Markets Success organization.

The Sr. Manager, Markets Activation Lead will partner closely with Market GMs and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute the highest-priority initiatives, driving step-change improvements in growth and performance. This includes both market-specific and cross-market initiatives, spanning horizontal priorities and vertical Focused Experiences.

This is a deployment-oriented, problem-solving role that is comfortable quickly diagnosing opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution against the company’s most important priorities. The role serves as a force multiplier for markets, bringing structure, pace, and cross-functional coordination to initiatives that matter most.

What you will accomplish:

  • Lead the execution of high-priority Global Markets Success (GMS) initiatives, translating global strategy into measurable market-level impact

  • Partner with Market GMs and senior leaders to advance key growth objectives across both market-specific and cross-market priorities

  • Coordinate execution across Markets, Business Units, Product, Analytics, and BizOps to ensure aligned and effective delivery

  • Adapt global strategies to local market realities, shaping actionable plans that drive meaningful outcomes

  • Identify and remove execution barriers, maintaining momentum, accountability, and focus on top priorities

  • Define and monitor success metrics in partnership with Finance and Analytics, ensuring visibility into performance and progress

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready insights on progress, risks, and opportunities while aligning stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and next steps

What you will bring:

  • Experience in strategy consulting or operations, with a track record of delivering impact in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Ability to own and drive business-critical priorities end-to-end, from problem structuring through execution and results

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities, including global and market-specific initiatives

  • Adaptable and results-focused approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shift focus to what matters most

  • Clear and effective communication skills, including experience preparing insights for senior audiences

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$129,200 - C$172,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
