We are seeking a visionary and results-focused Director of Product Management – Shipping Networks. This person will lead the global strategy and product vision for our PUDO (Pick-Up and Drop-Off) and Local Delivery ecosystem. This leader will define and scale a best-in-class, globally integrated PUDO experience centered on customer convenience and cost leadership.

This global role requires a seasoned product executive with deep experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions, and a consistent track record of developing and coaching high-performing product managers. You will be shaping the long-term strategy while driving measurable impact across markets in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible and impactful role, which will require working with several cross-functional, internal teams as well as external logistic partners.

• Define and articulate the long-term global PUDO product vision aligned with company strategy.

• Establish a scalable, market-adaptable framework for PUDO experience design, pricing, partner integration, and network optimization.

• Balance convenience, cost efficiency, and operational scalability across diverse regions.

• Drive innovation to create differentiated customer experiences and competitive advantage, including experimentation with local delivery options

• Lead the global PUDO product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business, operations, engineering, and commercial priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers across regions, helping to establish strong product management standards, frameworks, and guidelines.

• 10+ years of dynamic product management experience, including senior leadership roles.

• Proven success managing sophisticated, cross-functional, globally distributed products, with demonstrated experience leading and coaching other product managers.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with ability to balance vision and execution.

• Experience in logistics, shipping, marketplaces, or network-based products (especially PUDO networks) is strongly preferred

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
