Essential Requirements 

• 8+ years of related experience 
• Knowledge of product assortment management and pricing strategies. 
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend actions. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; certification in retail analytics.
