Job description

Product Technologist Principal Engineer

We’re looking for a Modern Work Program Lead to plan and run programs that bring Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Modern Work, security, and Copilot on Dell devices to life for commercial customers. You will design and execute structured customer engagement programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear, measurable outcomes for both Dell and Microsoft.

You will

• Design and manage customer programs (workshops, assessments, pilots/POCs, adoption programs, executive briefings) for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, security, and Copilot.
• Build and own program plans with scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead customer workshops and executive briefings, focusing on business outcomes, adoption, and value realization.
• Deliver presentations and light demos, bringing in technical specialists for deep-dive discussions as needed.
• Plan and execute pilots/POCs with clear success criteria, test plans, and outcome tracking.
• Run program governance (QBRs, steering meetings, status updates) and ensure documentation and reporting meet program KPIs and Microsoft governance standards.
• Act as the program hub between Dell sales, Dell technical specialists, and Microsoft field/partner teams.
• Enable internal teams with playbooks, training, and sales tools to scale Modern Work engagements.

Essential Requirements

• 8–12 years in program management, customer-facing delivery, or partner programs in Modern Workplace, endpoint, cloud, or security.
• Proven track record designing and running structured programs with measurable outcomes and executive visibility.
• Strong solution literacy in Windows, Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and security/management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with IT and business decision-makers.
• Solid program management skills: planning, risk management, governance, and KPI tracking.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Intune, Azure, Copilot, Microsoft-funded programs).
• Familiarity with modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, security baselines) and Windows 11 on OEM hardware.
• Program or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) or equivalent experience.
