What you’ll achieve
As an Outside Sales Specialist (ISG), you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.
You will:
- Lead ISG solution positioning with customers and partners in the UAE, driving preference for Dell’s ISG portfolio in strategic accounts
- Influence senior IT and business decision makers (CIO, Infrastructure/Operations, Cloud, Security, Application owners) by providing thought leadership on modern datacenter and multi-cloud strategies
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Presales and Partners to build and execute account plans, grow ISG pipeline and land new workloads on Dell infrastructure in the UAE
- Continuously develop your expertise on Dell ISG portfolio and the competitive landscape in the UAE, using this knowledge to differentiate Dell and address complex customer requirements

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience selling or technically positioning infrastructure solutions such as servers, storage, data protection, HCI or cloud platforms in a customer‑facing role
- Strong ability to map customer requirements and workloads (e.g. virtualization, databases, analytics, VDI, AI, backup/DR) to appropriate ISG architectures and configurations
- Demonstrated success driving complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with or through account executives, channel partners and technical teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to work autonomously in the field, prioritize a large territory or set of accounts in the UAE, and consistently execute against pipeline, revenue and margin objectives
Desirable Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure / datacenter / cloud solution sales, presales or technical account management, preferably within the UAE
- Understanding of AI solution architectures, from AI platforms, frameworks and data pipelines through to the underlying compute, storage, and networking infrastructure
