What you’ll achieve

As an AI-Powered Project Manager, you will redefine the delivery paradigm for AI-native engineering. This is not a traditional coordination role; you will design and operationalize the management systems themselves. You will combine deep Dell Private Cloud (HCI) expertise with agentic development governance to lead high-stakes delivery.

The ideal candidate translates complex infrastructure domain knowledge into delivery strategies that AI can reason about—building replicable AI PM systems, governing agentic lifecycles, and moving the organization toward a "Status-as-Code" reality.

You will:

1. Systemic Design & Automation (The "PM Architect")

• Architect "Status-as-Code" Governance: Shift all project artifacts into version-controlled, machine-parseable formats (Markdown/YAML) to enable AI reasoning and automation.
• Build AI-Native Workflows: Design end-to-end PM systems with integrated CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Define AI Skills: Architect autonomous "task executors" for automated risk scanning, milestone tracking, and real-time report generation.

2. Strategic Execution & AI-Augmented Delivery

• Signal-Based Monitoring: Move beyond manual status updates to continuous, signal-based monitoring (velocity changes, incident patterns, and slippage).
• Operationalize Quality Gates: Enforce rigorous Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) through AI-assisted validation.
• Orchestration: Drive alignment across engineering, product, and architecture teams, acting as the systematic owner of delivery outcomes.

3. Risk & Dependency Management

• Predictive Analytics: Use AI-driven scenario simulations to forecast schedule or scope impacts from change requests before they manifest.
• Spec-Driven Development (SDD): Define and enforce SDD for AI Agent governance (Spec $\rightarrow$ Plan $\rightarrow$ Implementation $\rightarrow$ Human-in-the-loop Review).
• Hybrid Cloud Navigation: Proactively manage complex dependencies across multi-cloud and edge environments.

4. Communication & Executive Insights

• Instantaneous Reporting: Leverage AI to produce executive-level insights in minutes, translating raw delivery data into actionable strategy for leadership.
• Ad-hoc Querying: Build and maintain the data interfaces that allow leadership to "ask" the project state questions and receive data-backed forecasts.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Program/Project Management within high-scale engineering or platform environments
• Methodology: Mastery of SDLC (Agile/Scrum) combined with a proven track record in dependency mapping and metrics-driven governance.
• AI Sophistication: Proven experience designing AI-agent orchestration frameworks, Prompt Engineering standards, and reusable Skill libraries.

Desirable Requirements

• Deep expertise in Dell Private Cloud / VxRail and HCI platforms.
  • Experience leading transitions from monoliths to Kubernetes (RKE2/AKS/GKE).
  • Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud orchestration (Azure Arc, Anthos) and Edge computing.
