What you’ll achieve
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.
You will:
- Drive proactive sales activities in order to meet all targets/objectives
- Be responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of allocated accounts
- Develop and plan account strategies and activities for specified accounts
- Be responsible for determining and driving the strategy for allocated accounts to meet determined targets and objectives
- Provide customer feedback to management to enable continual improvement of our engagement
- Establish and build high level profitable relationships within customer base
- Develop and submit quarterly and weekly forecasts, maintain clean pipeline hygiene and fully utilise tools available to build your business
- Present Dell solutions to senior staff within allocated accounts and influence outcomes to build share
- Own the customer experience and strive to exceed expectations through each engagement
- Utilise Dell resources to the full extent and engage virtual teams in an open and engaged manner
- Work with the Dell partner community to drive shared deal pursuits
This is a field role, based out of Perth, Western Australia.
