What you’ll achieve
As a Software Senior Principal Engineer on the TDC Solution team, you will provide organization‑level technical leadership for Dell’s AI and Solutions hyperconverged infrastructure platform.
You will shape the long‑term technical vision and system architecture across multiple teams, ensuring that complex, distributed software systems are designed, built, and evolved with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will leverage AI‑assisted engineering and analysis tools to enhance design quality, accelerate insight, and improve engineering effectiveness—while holding a consistently high bar for technical correctness and accountability.
- Technical Vision & Architecture Leadership
- Define, evolve, and communicate long‑term technical vision and architecture across large‑scope or multi‑team systems.
- Ensure architectural decisions balance innovation with operational stability and long‑term sustainability.
- AI‑Assisted Engineering Strategy
- Champion the effective and responsible use of AI‑assisted tooling to support system design, implementation insight, analysis, and troubleshooting.
