What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Engineer, Service Delivery, you will provide world-class technical expertise by managing and supporting enterprise data protection environments across Dell’s global customers. You will act as a technical leader and escalation point, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of backup, recovery, and infrastructure platforms.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with global teams and leading critical customer engagements.
You will:
- Manage and support end-to-end data protection environments (PPDM, NetWorker, Data Domain)
- Handle L3 troubleshooting, incidents, and major escalations
