About the team

At Deliveroo, our Global Business Recruitment Team spans multiple departments and regions and each of our corporate Recruiters is a specialist in their area. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager in UKI org, you’ll work across the marketing, operations and commercial teams, owning requisitions end-end and contributing to various strategic initiatives.

About the role

You will support the Deliveroo UK & Ireland org, based from the London office where we're proud to offer flexible and hybrid working. You will take the lead on recruitment for various commercial (sales, account management & BDM), marketing and operations roles and own the end-end recruitment campaigns. You will have previous experience sourcing both volume and niche talent, managing candidates and stakeholders across a range of seniority and evaluating both technical and behavioural competencies. Outside of recruitment delivery, you will contribute towards various projects to drive operational improvements across our global recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Proactively manage the full life-cycle on junior to mid-level roles, taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation that enables the broader team to deliver. Build processes for effective talent assessment for successfully influencing the quality of hires and talent, over the longer term.

  • Process Improvement: Focusing on the mid-longer term (1 year plus), you'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and contribute to meaningful changes.
