As a Digital Sales Executive at Coupa, you will play a crucial role in driving 100% new business growth. This role is solely focused on identifying and developing strategic opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals. You will work in close collaboration with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers to maximize revenue and ensure a seamless go-to-market approach. Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders in target organizations, positioning Coupa as the leading spend management platform in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Territory Ownership: Drive sales activities in EMEA, fully focused on acquiring new business with no responsibility for existing customer management
- Pipeline Development & Sales Execution: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaboration with Digital Sales & Partner Resellers: Work closely with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers to drive joint sales motions, optimize engagement strategies, and ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities, proactively engage with potential customers, and develop strategies to establish Coupa’s presence in the market
- High-Value Deal Closing: Engage with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels to navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value engagements
- Market Expansion: Identify and execute strategies to expand Coupa’s footprint in EMEA, leveraging both direct and partner-led sales approaches
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Proven track record in selling software sales (SaaS) - 5+ years.
- Experience working with partner resellers and digital sales teams to drive new customer acquisition
- Exceptional ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and close high-value deals
- Executive presence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English required
