The Impact of a Customer Adoption Manager at Coupa:
We are looking for highly energetic and driven customer champions to work on the Coupa Pay team. This role will help our customers get the most out of their Coupa Pay investment by driving growth and adoption of their use of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions / Early Pay Discounts.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by driving adoption, optimizing configuration, and aligning Coupa Pay usage with business goals.
- Manage multiple customer engagements using strong project management practices, including regular status updates, adoption plans, and action tracking.
- Provide functional and technical expertise across all Coupa Pay capabilities, including support for major releases and supplier enablement.
- Deliver compelling, data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer value realization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and forge strong customer relationships to support growth, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, or IT, with a strong preference for a background in both procurement and AP.
- Proven client management skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving and understanding core processes.
- Experience with SaaS solutions, software configuration, and delivering product demonstrations; familiarity with financial/accounting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM, Proficiency in Excel and a goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative, curious, and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of SQL, PHP or other programming languages is a plus.
