We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, SOX – Business Process to design, implement, and maintain an effective internal control environment over financial reporting (ICFR). This individual will be a key leader in our SOX function, working cross-functionally with process owners across Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. The role will report directly to the Senior Director of SOX.
About The Role:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s SOX program for business process controls.
- Collaborate with business process owners to design, implement, and maintain effective and efficient controls.
- Provide guidance on best practices for process improvements and automation.
- Work closely with co-source service providers to ensure timely completion of SOX program
