Your Impact

Lead and drive technology design, implementation, and optimization to accelerate critical customer outcomes and translate business requirements into robust security architectures. Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and rapid resolution of major customer problems across diverse security domains. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to address security challenges, demonstrate ROI, and ensure compliance with industry regulatory guidelines. Create and deliver technical documentation, training, and digital intellectual capital to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive customer technology transitions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in software development, systems architecture, or security service delivery.
  • Expertise in one or more Cisco Security products/solutions (e.g., NGFW, AAA, Cisco ISE, Content Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, SIEM).
  • Deep understanding of the Security portfolio for enterprise and service provider networks, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including presales and/or service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in a relevant technical field.
  • Professional Security certifications (e.g., CCIE-Security, CCNP Security).
  • Strong knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, and virtualization.
  • Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders at the manager level and above.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead multi-disciplinary, high-visibility strategic projects.
