Your Impact

  • Manage relationships with benefits & technology providers, ensuring careful oversight and active engagement according to agreed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Gain hands-on experience in tech-based benefits management through learning to operate Darwin, a flexible benefits platform. By navigating its system, understanding its capabilities, and leveraging its features, optimize and streamline benefits delivery.

  • Develop effective strategies for partnering with local stakeholders and facilitating vendor communication. This involves sharing feedback, addressing issues, and reviewing issue logs to enhance relationship management, communication skills, and strategic thinking, ensuring smooth task execution and successful collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • Gain insight into the management of new SOW submissions and approvals. This involves pricing negotiation, handling new work requests, and managing purchase orders.
