Meet the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-minded Engineering Project Specialist  join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of company products and services, overseeing cross-functional projects from concept to release. You will play a key part in defining and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies, with the ability to contribute to solving straightforward business problems and drive project success.

Your Impact

• Lead small to low complexity/risk projects, or contribute to the management of modules within larger programs of low to moderate risk.

• Develop, define, and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, including planning and advising schedules and budget/spending.

• Assign and monitor the work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction as needed.
