Meet the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-minded Engineering Project Specialist  join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of company products and services, overseeing cross-functional projects from concept to release. You will play a key part in defining and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies, with the ability to contribute to solving straightforward business problems and drive project success.

Your Impact

Lead small to low complexity/risk projects, or contribute to the management of modules within larger programs of low to moderate risk.

Develop, define, and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, including planning and advising schedules and budget/spending.

Assign and monitor the work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction as needed.
