Director, GTM Strategy and Transformation
What you’ll do
Reporting to the VP, Strategy, Planning and Operations APJC, this individual will play a critical role in driving pivotal initiatives and planning activities to accelerate growth and maximise business opportunities in the APJC region. This role requires a strong consulting background with a minimum experience in a top consultancy of 3 years, ideally followed by industry experience.
Develop and execute strategic plans to support Cisco's sales growth and market penetration in the APJC region, focusing on opportunity identification and investment prioritization.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth areas and emerging trends.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Support the development of business cases for investments and new initiatives.
Monitor and report on leading and lagging indicators and progress against strategic goals.
Act as a trusted advisor on market dynamics and strategic opportunities.
