Your Impact
As a Senior Leader, you will spearhead technical enablement strategy and drive the performance of Solutions Engineering teams. You will lead high-performing SE teams, foster technical excellence, standardize go-to-market technical sales assets, and develop innovative enablement programs. This role is exciting as it directly influences the success and adoption of Cisco's key security solutions, including SSE/SASE, HFM, AI Security and Security Operations, by optimizing the technical sales process and building a vibrant technical community.
- Lead, mentor, and develop elite, geographically dispersed technical GTM and enablement teams, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
