Your Impact
As an Optical Component Test Engineer, you will develop and perform test and failure analysis for optical components used in Cisco silicon photonics transceivers
Work as part of a team responsible for designing and sourcing optical components for Silicon photonics, from development through production, including characterization and qualification of these components.
Work with senior engineers and scientists on the characterization of optical components such as lasers, isolators, lenses, fiber connectors, etc.
Work as part of a team to develop and build test apparatus as the need arises to characterize needed components.
