Your Impact

You will drive sustained growth across a defined set of strategic accounts by acting as a primary influencer in customer purchasing decisions. By building strong, long-term relationships and aligning Cisco’s portfolio to customer business outcomes, you will unlock new opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell. As an Account Orchestrator, you will bring together the right teams, solutions, and strategies to deliver integrated value, positioning Cisco as a trusted partner in your customers’ transformation journeys. Your ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate market trends into actionable insights will directly contribute to portfolio growth, account retention, and long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead medium to complex sales cycles, from prospecting through deal closure
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, including Key and Premier customers
  • Engage C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to drive strategic conversations
  • Build deep understanding of customer business priorities, decision processes, and roadmaps
  • Identify and create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across Cisco’s full portfolio
  • Act as a strategic advisor, delivering outcome-based and value-driven solutions
  • Orchestrate internal teams, including specialists and partners, to support deal execution
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, demos, and customer-facing materials
  • Negotiate using a consultative approach and secure clear next steps in every interaction
