The team drives partner capability across Cisco architectures and solutions, ensuring profitable growth for our ecosystem while delivering measurable business value for both Cisco and our customers.

 

Your Impact

  • Strategically prioritize and engage the right set of strategic partners (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Distribution) based on technology competencies, specializations, and customer segmentation to maximize mutual revenue acceleration.

  • Drive partner capability and accelerate adoption of Cisco's new technology directions across the partner community. This includes deep knowledge of the full architectural stack and direct responsibility for enablement on disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Hybrid Mesh Firewall, Observability etc.).

  • Develop and own the 3-year Partner Go-to-Market strategy, focusing on long-term market share gains, technology penetration, and new vertical penetration for the Thailand market.

  • Routinely influence CEO, CFO, and CTO stakeholders to secure strategic partner investment and drive joint, high-impact business transformation initiatives.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across all Partner organizations (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance) to ensure cohesive execution of the joint business plan and secure full operational buy-in for Cisco's strategic priorities.

  • Directly accountable for Net-New logo acquisitions and managing the partner’s overall profitability structure relative to Cisco 360 Partner Program.
