Our Opportunity:
Chewy is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead one of our WMS fulfillment execution system teams, which is responsible for features and services that support customer transaction flow within the Chewy’s e-commerce ecosystem. You will help to mature and extend our existing systems, while at the same time introducing systems that will enable Chewy to scale into the future. This entails innovating processes, reporting, and aligning development strategies to support Chewy’s explosive growth. What you'll do:
Manage/Lead a team of software engineers in the development, testing and deployment of our platform, facilitate agile process and remove impediments
Partner with our recruiting team to continue to build your team and mentor the growth of the existing team
