Role Overview
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to lead and evolve our end-to-end partner experience measurement program.This role will be responsible for designing and driving key initiatives that help us understand and improve the experience of our partners across the ecosystem.
You will own core measurement programs including the Partner Scorecard, Partner Experience Survey, and in-product Partner CUJOs. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and elevate how we measure and understand partner experience across the ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating partner insights into actionable recommendations that shape partner strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.
The role works closely with a diverse set of stakeholders including ABU & CoGo leadership, Product teams, Data & Analytics, Partner Marketing, and Customer Success. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations that drive business impact.
