Job description

from Booking.com careers

At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We’re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you encounter. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the memories you make. Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Team description

The Merch Platform enables onsite promotional campaigns across consumer surfaces, and currently faces operational complexity in intake, campaign scoping, stakeholder education, and QA—areas where Product Operations provides scalable workflows and self-serve enablement to unlock velocity and quality.

Job Summary

As a Senior Product Operations Specialist (Level E) working for Merch Platform, you will act as a central enabler for campaign and platform operations—independently owning core processes, improving workflows, and scaling self‑serve capabilities for partner teams across Product, UX, and Marketing. You will develop and maintain product health and operational dashboards, lead go‑to‑market readiness for your area, and manage experimentation/feedback loops that drive data‑informed decisions and continuous learning. You will be the operational point of contact for the platform area, facilitating stakeholder alignment, resolving process gaps, and turning insights into action across teams.
