- Conduct regular raw material and nesting reviews with Shop Supervisors to validate requirements and minimize material waste.
- Translate production needs into actionable supply chain requisitions, ensuring a seamless flow of materials to the deckplate.
- Execute the requisitioning of all materials with lead times of less than 50 days in strict alignment with the Master Material Index (MMI).
- Perform detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews to ensure 100% accuracy in the requisition of RCC materials and base items.

- Identify potential material shortages or lead-time delays and proactively escalate risks to the Material Production Manager.
- Review work specifications and technical drawings to verify material requirements.
- Maintain the accuracy of the MMI by updating material statuses and coordinating corrective actions for any identified gaps.
- Resolve technical bottlenecks during the PO/RFQ process to prevent delays in procurement.
- Utilize ERP systems to track material movement and ensure data integrity across the supply chain.
