Roles and Responsibilities: As an individual contributor, you will be assigned to work on one or more programs applying your systems engineering skills to the entire product lifecycle of a program. Example of roles that you could have are product capture and proposals, product design, requirements derivation and allocation, conducting and leading design reviews, creating development plans, design models, performance models, system integration, verification and test, tool development, trade studies, testing at customer and USG test facilities, product build support in our factories.
